Abdul Mallik is the founder and CEO of AuroValor Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.
He has over 25 years of experience in the service industry.
Abdul has a passion for customer success and a unique ability to combine his business acumen with his creative problem-solving and people management skills.
Pradeep Rao
Co-Founder & Director of Talent Acquisition
Pradeep Rao has about 25 years of experience with over 12 years of leadership experience in network security. He has excellent people management skills and known for driving KPI’s and Organizational goals. He was instrumental in campus hiring for freshers in different educational institutions as well as experienced candidates for various roles.
Noor Afza
Founder & Director, HR/Admin
Noor Afza is a highly motivated and driven individual. She has completed her engineering course but has not worked in the IT field.
However since last 9 years has been actively helping Abdul Mallik in his admin needs offline.
She has worked as a teacher and teacher partner for an education firm, which has enabled her to develop patience and the skill to deal with people.
